Three ways to bring AI into your operation
Each service is designed for a specific stage of readiness. Start where you are, not where you think you ought to be.
← Back to HomeHow we approach each engagement
Every engagement begins with listening. We do not arrive with a predetermined view of what your business should do with AI. We look at how a specific function works, speak with the people who do the work, and form a view from what we observe — not from what we assume.
Where we proceed to a build, we write a specification before development begins. That specification describes what we are building, what it will and will not do, how it will behave, and how it will be handed over. Both sides agree it before a line of work is done. This is not standard practice in our industry — we believe it should be.
Compact AI Assessment
A short, focused engagement that examines a single business function and identifies up to three candidate AI use cases within it. We conduct two interviews with people who do the work and one with the manager who oversees it, then prepare a written report describing each candidate, the practical work each would involve, and our honest assessment of which is most worth pursuing — including, where appropriate, the recommendation that none of them is yet worth the effort.
What is included
- Two interviews with operational staff
- One interview with the function's manager
- Written report describing up to three use case candidates
- Honest feasibility assessment for each candidate
- Recommendation suitable for sharing with leadership
Typical timeline
Two to three weeks from initial interview to final report.
Best suited for
Businesses that are curious about AI but have not yet decided where to focus. Teams that want an external, grounded view of one function before committing to anything further.

We assemble a single AI-supported workflow chosen jointly with your team after a brief written scoping discussion. Typical examples include a triage-and-draft helper for routine correspondence, a structured-extraction helper for incoming forms, or an internal Q&A assistant trained on your existing documentation. The engagement includes a written specification reviewed before building begins, a build phase, a four-week trial with a chosen group of users, and a written handover.
What is included
- Written scoping discussion and agreed scope document
- Full written specification reviewed before build begins
- Build of one AI-supported workflow
- Four-week trial with chosen users
- Written handover document for operational staff
Typical timeline
Six to eight weeks including the trial period.
Best suited for
Teams that have identified a specific workflow they want to automate or augment with AI, and want it built in a way their staff can maintain without ongoing external support.

Multi-Workflow Care Programme
A multi-month engagement during which we work alongside your team on a sequence of connected AI-supported workflows within one or two business functions. The programme is paced to suit your operational rhythm, with fortnightly working sessions, written progress notes after each, and gradual transfer of operational responsibility to your in-house staff. Work covers governance considerations, training, vendor coordination, and quarterly written reviews.
What is included
- Fortnightly working sessions at your pace
- Written progress notes after each session
- Governance review and vendor coordination
- Staff training and capability transfer
- Quarterly written reviews and closing report
Typical timeline
Three to six months, paced to suit your team's operational calendar.
Best suited for
Businesses ready to build AI capability across several connected workflows, and who want a structured, documented programme with clear transfer of responsibility to their own staff at the end.

What applies to all services
Data handling agreed in writing
Any client data shared during an engagement is covered by terms agreed in writing before we begin. We do not retain materials beyond the engagement.
Vendor-agnostic selection
We have no commercial relationship with any AI vendor. Tool selection is based on what suits the task, not on what generates referral income for us.
Singapore regulatory familiarity
We maintain working awareness of PDPA requirements, MAS guidance relevant to AI use in financial services, and healthcare administration data standards.
No ongoing dependency by design
Every build is designed so that your team can operate it after handover. This is a design principle, not an aspiration.
Documentation for users, not developers
Handover documents are written for the staff who will use the workflow, in plain language, with the information they need to operate and adjust it.
